My wife and I, with another couple, had dinner twice at 54 during the Restaurant Weeks promotion. The menu offerings were the most creative and generous of all the restaurants during this promotion. That's why we returned for the second dinner in one week. We tried three different courses at each visit and were quite pleased with the imaginative use of unusual ingredients and the surprising taste treats in each dish. The room is spacious, allowing for polite conversation, and Chef Masoliver always makes his rounds to chat with his diners.

Nos lo habían recomendado y fuimos un grupo de matrimonios y la opinión general fue decepcionante. Cantidad minimalista aun siendo cocina de Autor. El trato no fue bueno.

La comida delicosa, tiene una oferta moderba y tradicional a la vez y destaca platos y/o ingredientes tipicos panameños. El precio es muy adecuado para la calidad y cantidad de los platos. El ambiente es agradable y el servicio es bueno
Spent the Valentines night here in this highly recommended restaurant which is in the lobby area of the. Grace Hotel. As soon as we were seated, a blackboard was wheeled in with their special menu for the night. It was a wide selection of entree, main and dessert . For entree we decided on the tempura ( batter a bit undercooked) , the chowder ( a bit salty) and the ravioli with jamon serrano (very good). For main course, the entrana was ok (need to be served hot) , the chicken breast ( very good) and the steqmed salmon (nice but needs more seasoning). For dessert the clear winner was the chocolate lava cake because the cheesecake was crumbly and dry and the strawberry heart cookie was difficult to eat. The interiors of the restaurant is understated and elegant and service is friendly but a bit understaffed. The chef was very involved and was really working the floor.
