I am definitely not an Indian food connoisseur, as a matter of fact, after a couple experiences in the UK, I hadn’t been too inclined to further venture into the Indian cuisine world. I will however, say that the meal I had last night at Masala was AMAZING!! Ambiance: Small, intimate and so pretty! The decor is just so pleasing to the eye. It's a beautiful place to have a special meal. Service: Personalized attention from the owners who take the time to greet, answer questions and farewell all guests, gives you a feeling of spending a meal with friends. Food: As stated before, the tastes were so amazing. My husband and I had the samosas covered with yogurt for appetizer which was to die for….Chicken Korma with a such subtle mix of flavors, and lamb, which I am usually not very keen of, were out of this world. The mix of flavors weren’t too intense, you can really enjoy the tastes without one overpowering the other. What an experience. Verdict: highly recommended for a fantastic meal in an amazing environment. It has definitely changed my take on “quality” Indian cuisine vs the UK version, no offense. This is a perfect place for those who may feel slightly intimidated by not knowing much of Indian cuisine. However, it will set your standards high and other place may pale in comparison.

Comida muy buena, los platos no son tan abundantes.
Me gusto mucho. No soy fanatica de la comida Indu pero esta en particular me encanto
No era muy amante de la cocina india, pero creo que ya cambie de opinion, es una comida riquísima llena de sabores, todo lo que pedimos estuvo excelente.
I honestly don't see what all the fuss is about with the food here. I tried it a couple of times, and after having eaten a LOT of Indian food in my life, my impression of this place was 'average'. I thought the sauces were too similar and 'over cooked' and nothing really special. I wanted to like it...really...and I went back...but I wasn't convinced. It's good...but not great...and with other better options...I'm not dying to go back. I thought chewing on the salt and cardamom pod was a nice touch at the end...but not enough to redeem the food. If you have to sit on the floor and eat to make it a memorable meal...I suggest lending your sofa to someone for a week and see how you feel afterwards.
