I like Chèvre; great idea - and I’ve had many good experiences here! the cheese selection is the best in panama, No one else are even close ... but today I was sincerely disappointed. now, we found 3$ for a small bottle of sparkling water was over the top, so we had 3 glasses of house water; I had no idea, that a restaurant would even get the idea to give people water that taste more like clorox than water - it was undrinkable! not a big thing, we ordered a bottle of water, wine, food ... the food was “ok” it wasn’t great, it was mediocre, forgettable at best - but ok. I don’t even think I would have written this review if that would have been the end of it. but - we then ordered a créme brûlée - I thought it was an interesting choice to put a sherbet on top; a d the sherbet wasn’t bad to be honest... but the sugary egg mix underneath a poorly caramelisation of sugar was mildly spoken discussing and did not have the slightest resemblance to a creme brûlée; it was altogether very very rubbish! But this isn’t where the disappointment stopped... we had ordered coffee. the beans must have been stale, old, off - I just don’t know how anyone in their right mind would serve so bad coffee ? it was bland, underextracted tasteless - and this is just not OK at this price point. I know that Chèvre can do better; this was a disappointment. The pizza was OK, the cheese selection is still the best in panama. do better Chèvre!

Empecemos por el ambiente, la terraza al air libre, bien iluminada y si llueve tiene un techo que se despliega, así que puedes olvidarte de la lluvia, tienen un Dj que le da vida al lugar, casi te olvidas que existe pandemia, la atención del mesero fue realmente buena, no había encontrado un lugar que atendiera que diera tan buen servicio al cliente, yo pedí la pesca del día y le dije al mesero que no me gustaba el coco y me dio varias opciones para cambiarla, así también paso con los platos de mis amigas y wao excelente servicio, en cuanto a la comida, el mero muy rico, viene con almejas y pure de plátano, no había probado antes el puré de plátano pero realmente estuvo muy bueno y OMG el postre, tienes que probar el creme brulee, la mezcla de fresa con los frutos rojos, la vainilla y el caramelo es un divino pecado. Puntos a tener en cuenta: 1-No hay donde estacionar, el valet tiene un costo de 4 dólares y 2- Definitivamente debes reservar, el lugar es bastante concurrido y hay bastante diferencia en el ambiente de comer adentro vs afuera!

Muy buena la comida y ambiente, el servicio un poco lento y a veces despistados. Agradable fondo musical con Dj.

Excelente ambiente en general. El reservado es hermoso y la terraza es muy agradable. El menú es súper variado y hay todo tipo de opciones para escoger. El servicio es un poco demorado aunque cuentan con bastante personal.
