Muh Panamá

The Angus prime Rib Eye was prepared and seasoned very nicely. Tender and juicy with great taste. The pico de gallo salad was excellent. I always enjoy their food..

My last visit to Muh was over 18 months ago since I was not really impressed. But tonight I decided to give it another try. Reservation made through this app and arrived 5 minutes before the rez time. Walked in and nobody came to us to seat us. It took 8 minutes of my wife and I standing at the area of tables before a waitress greeted us. The waitress that took care of us was very cold and almost rude. She took our order on a tablet....very slowly. But for the unpleasant service the good more than compensated. My cowboy steak was superb. One of the best steaks I have ever had. My wife's skirt steal was good but according to her it was over salted. The bites I had were good but indeed salty. The grilled veggies and guacamole were also acceptable but were so overshadowed by my steak that they were barely worth noting. If not for the app's discount Muh would not be even considered. I hope they keep the discount running so I can go back to try other dishes. I also hope the managers guide their staff to be more pleasant. The dining experience is muted by the staff and the plain and cold decor.

I returned to Muh to try their Triple Muuuh burger for Burger week. First off, the combination of meats were not to my liking. It was also overcooked and dry. The size was too small for the bun. The fries, on the other hand, were spectacular. The refrigerator cases are in the dining room, and that is where the servers keep the cold water bottles along with some sellable food items, so we were bumped into many times by the servers and a patron during our time there.

Muh (pronounced MOO) is simple looking eatery. Menu is limited and vegetarians and vegans best not go to this carnivore's den. All the beef is imported, some Angus "Choice" while others Angus "Prime.... None of the beef selections are grass fed. The skirt steak I had was tender with good flavor. Their version of chimichuri, in my opinion, made the steak. The grilled vegetables were OK; a bit greasy. The prices are a bit high considering that the established competition is so close by and offers much more.

Fuimos por la burger week. Su hamburguesa de las mejores. Suculenta, el pancito suavecito, la carne jugosa y de primera al bocado. Muy bien amalgamado con el queso. Ganadora.
