We chose Brutto to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, as it was once considered one of the best restaurants in Panama. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to its reputation — or its pricing. Although it was a quiet Monday evening, the service was disorganized from the start. We ordered three appetizers: onion soup dumplings, osso buco dumplings, and the Brutale salad. After a 20-minute wait, the first dumplings arrived — incorrectly identified. Seven minutes later, the second order appeared. Another five minutes passed before the salad was served. In an upscale restaurant, appetizers should be properly coursed and delivered together. This staggered timing reflected a lack of coordination in the kitchen. Our bottled water was placed in an ice bucket beside the table — a thoughtful detail — but service ended there. No one checked on us. We repeatedly had to flag down whichever server we could find for basic assistance. The entrées were two steaks and baby back ribs. The steaks were extremely disappointing: less than a centimeter thick, completely grey with no exterior crust, and entirely unseasoned. They were bland to the point of being inedible without salt — and even obtaining salt required effort. For a restaurant at this price point, proper seasoning and execution are fundamental expectations. We notified the manager about the service issues. However, there is no justification for the overall cost relative to the quality delivered. This was meant to be a celebratory evening. Instead, it was a reminder that reputation alone does not guarantee consistency. We will not be returning.

The American Diner truly delivers an authentic classic diner experience. The omelet was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and generously filled. Every bite tasted fresh and satisfying. And the pancakes? Outstanding. Light, fluffy, and packed with flavor. Without exaggeration, they are the best pancakes I’ve had in Panama. Soft on the inside, perfectly golden on the outside, and just the right balance of sweetness. If you’re looking for a proper American-style breakfast done right, this is the place. Highly recommended.

What a disappointment! I know it's supposed to be a BBQ joint, not fine dining, but I was very dubious when I saw how varied the menu was. Most BBQ places, that are any good, only have a few items on the menu. BBQ Fellas has way too many choices of proteins. I went today with a colleague of mine to try it out. Surprisingly there was no smell of smoke... Then inside the dining room, which was extremely warm, we looked at the menu, which is only offered in QR form. We were both hungry so we ordered from the lunch special menu and the regular menu. I ordered the quarter chicken from the lunch menu and thinking it was a BBQ restaurant I ordered the ½ pound of brisket as a standard meat for a good bbq place. The chicken was not bad. It came with a side of patacones. The patacones were obviously fried much earlier or even days earlier. The texture was dry and very chewy. The brisket arrived and it looked promising. But there was no smoke flavor. No bark, and it was dry. That also gave me the impression that it was made days earlier, in an oven, not bbq, and then reheated. The buns that were served were rocks! Either days old and stale or frozen and then microwaved for minutes! If this is one of the best BBQ places in Panama, then the standards are so low. No way we are going back.

The menu of Sardaar Ji is the most varied of all the Indian Cuisine restaurants I've seen in Panama. Many dishes I have never heard of. The restaurant's dining area is a bit stark with wooden tables and very cold lighting. The vegetarian samosas were quite tasty and the. Mint sauce as well as the Tamarindo sauce were both very good . The crispy corn was unexpectedly tasty. Tge main courses were a fish tikka, lamb curry, and the never fail,, butter chicken. All were very delicious. The naans, butter, garlic, and rosemary, were aso very good, but I've had better naans in other local Indian restaurants. All in all, I loom forward to goubv back.

Arrogante is the best all around Italian restaurant in Panama. The decoration, service, and food are spectacular. The carpeting, tablecloths, lighting... Everything was designed to make each diner comfortable and welcomed. This time my colleague and I went there for the price fixed lunch menu and were not disappointed. I chose the pomodoro soup, then the lemon chicken medallions with a side of cream sauced tagliatelle. Everything was too good. Cuz we are big eaters we surprised the server with an additional order of a Margherita pizza. Very good with plenty of fresh basil. The taste was on point.. The simple dessert of a Nutella filled roll up was the perfect quantity and sweetness to end the meal. Always looking forward to going back.

Excellent food. Service is great as well. The Kung Pao chicken was super tasty and the rice noodles with beef hit the spot. When you want good sit down Chinese food and don't want to drive to El Dorado, this is the place.

Nice place. Then service is excellent. The Ceviche de Corvina was plated nicely, but the texture of the fish was off. The fish may have been cut badly before being. marinated. The filete a la Mark is my go to choice. It did not disappoint.

My wife and I went for an early Friday evening dinner date at RICHA, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was very pleasant. We were warmly greeted and promptly shown to our table, which set a welcoming tone for the evening. Our server brought us menus, but we had already heard that the weekly specials were not to be missed, so we focused mainly on those. For appetizers, we ordered the provoleta and the tuna carpaccio, and both were absolutely outstanding. The flavors were well-balanced and prepared with great attention to detail. For our main courses, we chose the highly talked-about lamb chops and the pasta carbonara. The lamb chops truly lived up to their reputation—tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The carbonara was also delectable, creamy without being heavy, and beautifully presented. To accompany the mains, we ordered the grilled palmitos and the roasted Brussels sprouts as side dishes. Both were excellent, but the Brussels sprouts stood out so much that I could honestly eat them as a main course on their own. They were that delicious. Dessert was equally memorable. We shared the cinnamon roll cheesecake and the kinafe, and both were fantastic finishes to an already wonderful meal. Each dish throughout the evening showed both creativity and quality in preparation, which we appreciated greatly. If I were to make one suggestion for improvement, it would be to add tablecloths to elevate the dining atmosphere and to place felt sliders on the bottom of the chairs. The chairs make noticeable noise when sitting, adjusting, or getting up, which can be a little distracting in an otherwise enjoyable setting. Overall, the food, service, and hospitality at RICHA made for a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We will certainly be returning and recommending it to others.

Concolon is a great place to eat good food and a good value. The atmosphere and ambiance is quite charming. The diablito figurinsa and dolls along with the large stuffed teddy bears, the outside swings, and the general decoration make the dining experience very pleasant and entertaining. The food is also very good. I ordered the namesake with ropa vieja and porotos. With a side order of coleslaw. My wife ordered the patacones montados with ropa vieja. All the dishes were made deliciously. Tmwe also ordered a jugo de maracuya that very refreshing and tasty. The service, for a Sunday afternoon was fast and courteous. We both look forward to going back with friends.
