Excelente comida italiana de la mano del chef Roberto. Un mozarela frito de entrada muy bueno. El salmón en crema de hongos con pasta al óleo.......BRUTAL. Muy buenos y variados postres. La atención 5⭐️

The highlight of the evening was definitely the two ceviche plates that I had the pleasure of trying. Each bite was a burst of freshness and flavor, with the pulpo particularly standing out for its tenderness and perfect seasoning. The corvina was equally impressive, showcasing Chef Roberto’s skill in preparing seafood to perfection. Moving on to the pasta dishes, I was blown away by the depth of flavors and creativity that went into each plate. The carbonara was rich and creamy, with just the right balance of salty and savory notes. The Luigi with mushrooms was a delightful surprise, with the earthy flavors of the mushrooms complementing the pasta beautifully. To top off the meal, I indulged in a decadent trio of pasta dishes that left me completely satisfied and longing for more. La comida de Roberto es de otro mundo, los ingredientes siempre son frescos y las pastas son 100% al estilo italiano.
Siempre es un gusto ir a comer a Pizzeria Italia una buena pasta o una deliciosa pizza o hasta una hamburguesa en el spot de Italian Burger. La atención es muy agradable y se siente un ambiente bastante familiar y ameno.
Segunda visita y la verdad decepcionó un poco la comida, por parte de las hamburguesas el trio para compartir es solo pan con un platón de queso y un triangulo de carne del grosor de una hoja de papel, sin sabor y nada emocionante. La pizza le falto cocción y el centro muy delgado, un poco decepcionante para una pizzería como esta
