Michael's (Obarrio)

Extremely disappointed. The kitchen was extrey slow. So slow that my entree never came out. The pizzas have been some of the best, but not on this occasion. It seems that Michael's staff actually shows up at noon to then to begin food prep. The food on this occasion was below mediocre. The servers were not at fault. This is a problem of ownership, management, and the executive chef. Diners beware

In this visit, I experimented with a seared tuna salad and then a basic pizza. Both were excellent. So far Michael's is batting 1000!

The brunch for two is a great choice on Sunday. Plenty of variety and food. Everything on the platter prepared very well, and the plating was very nice. As far as the food goes, my only suggestion is to ask the customer how they would like the eggs.... No just plate up halves of hard boiled eggs. Give the customer the choice of scrambled, fried, or french omelette. Aside from the great food, the service was surprisingly excellent. The noise level is horrible and that brings downs the overall great dining experience. All the surfaces are hard and reflective. Some sort of acoustics should be installed to make the dining room less noisy and more enjoyable.

Visitamos Michaels para una reunión de amigas un sábado iniciando la tarde y nos encantó este lugar. Con una terraza para poder estar más cómodas, disfrutamos de un open mimosas y diversos platos entre desayuno y almuerzo, los cuales fueron de nuestro agrado. La atención fue muy buena, razón por la cual los recomiendo.

Me encanta este restaurante! Excelente atención del personal y de Michael. La comida deliciosa y se disfruta de una buena velada.
