Il Grillo

Tenía varios años de no visitar este restaurante. Debo confesar que siguen manteniendo un buen servicio y los platos deliciosos. Decidimos probar dos platos: el risotto dr. Mendoza y la pizza prosciutto. Recomendadas!!!

Si quieres experimentar una cena romántica este restaurante es una buena opción. La comida italiana es deliciosa, aunque las porciones son reducidas. El servicio lo puedo calificar como bueno y la plaza donde queda está ubicado cuenta con estacionamientos.

My family and I went back to Il Grillo to take advantage of their Restaurant Week menu. Of the four of us two ordered from the regular menu. The Restaurant week appetizers we chose were the Eggplant Parmesan, that was a great sized and delicious portion and the main course resemble more of an Primo than a Secondo: The mushroom risotto. Both these items were very good, but the eggplant was far better. I ordered the entraña and once again Il Grillo did not disappoint at all.

With so many choice a good eating establishments in Panama it is not easy to find one that you would want to frequent on a very regular basis. There are just too many good restaurants. Il Grillo is one of these restaurants. The menu and decor has changed since my last visit. I was not disappointed at all. I cannot understand the bad reviews that i have read. The parking situation is quite easy; Valet. The menu is smaller that before. I ordered the Farfale as my appetizer and it was brought out perfectly al dente and the sauce was excellent. My main course of the filete was also done with great precision. The meat came out medium rare on a bed of wilted greens and some roasted baby potatoes. I never expect the meat to be burning hot since I know the steak must rest, off of the heat, for a good 5-10 minutes. The other dishes order were the Risotto, and Carpaccio de Res. Both of these I tasted and liked a lot. I do look forward to going back to Il Grillo.

Excelente restaurante. Atención cordial y puntual. El menú muy variado. Kas entradas estuvieron a pedir de boca. Muy buen queso fundido y tequeños. La entraña super buena a término perfecto solicitado. Las pastas añ dente y con excelente sabor. Los mariscos frescos y muy bien cocinados. El tiramisú es uno de los mejores que he probado. 100%.
