Cantina del Tigre

Fui con unas amigas un martes y estaba llenísimo, siempre se recomienda hacer reserva porque el lugar es pequeño pero super agradable. Los meses son muy amables y se toman el tiempo de explicarte todo. Pedimos ceviches, pescado, arroz, hummus de arañitas para compartir.

Este lugar de verdad que nos sorprendió! Fuimos un domingo, es pequeño pero acogedor, su terraza tiene el mejor ambiente. Los chicos que te atienden super amables y la comida increíble. Los mariscos frescos!! Hay que repetirla.

El local ofrece 2 ambientes, uno abierto sin aire acondicionado y otro cerrado con aire acondicionado que es el que recomiendo usar dados los calores de la última semana. La oferta de platillos son del tipo Panameña Fuzion con muchas creaciones auténticas y muy buenas. Pedimos croquetas de pulpo, ceviche de mamón chino, pulpo a las brasas, arroz rojo, saus, mondongo con camarones. Todo muy bueno

Ambiente casual acompañado de buena decoración. La atención y servicios son muy buenos. Para compartir, decantamos por camarones fritos en salsa de agridulce, ceviche y arroz rojo del Darien. Todo muy bueno, recomendado

It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to give a restaurant 5 stars across all three categories, but Cantina del Tigre truly deserves it. From the moment my wife and I stepped in, we knew we were going to be pleased. The server was knowledgeable and honest, explaining that the portion sizes were large enough to share, and that the kitchen times were staggered so that each dish would arrive at the right moment, without overlapping the previous one. The whole fish al carbón was plated beautifully and cooked to perfection—moist and flavorful. The arroz con coco was spectacular. Then the osso buco arrived, also plated wonderfully. I was only able to eat a quarter of the osso buco because I had already devoured most of the fish. The osso buco was tender and absolutely delicious. The flan de café dessert was something my wife liked better than I did, but it was still very good. All in all, there wasn’t a single dish we ate that I could have made better. The portion sizes and the service make Cantina del Tigre a bargain for this quality of food. We’re already looking forward to going back.
