WOW!!!! I just wish I could rate it 6 stars! ;) Some of the previous reviews are very well written and do not lie about this place! I will not go into to much detail as I could certainly write a few pages! So in a few words, I would just like to say WOW, and thank you! Everything, literally everything, the smallest of detail, from service to cocktails, to appetizers, to variety of the food, presentation, taste, desert etc was simply SPECTACULAR. Meanwhile prices are surprisingly affordable for what you get! One of the best restaurants I have been to in Panama so far, surely deserves to be at the very top of Degusta's rating. Would not be surprised if this was number one. Keep it up and you will be there in no time! Honestly, this place deserves a Michelin star!!! We will be back (very) shortly! PS. You have to order the Robes Pierre lamb chops for starters... they left me speechless!

Reserva fue sencilla y rápida, hubo un cambio en la hora de apertura del restaurant y me llamaron con suficiente tiempo para alertarme. El servicio impecable, el cordero, el pulpo y la sorpresa (postre) deliciosos, los precios un poco altos pero es un tema de "mercado".

Nos encanta llevar a gente de visita a este restaurante porque nunca nos falla - la comida siempre deliciosa, el servicio son siempre súper simpáticos y pendientes de cómo hacerte pasar una mejor noche, el ambiente nos fascina PERO el aire acondicionado es demasiaaado frío - así que llévense un buen sweater pra disfrutar una de las mejores experiencias en Panamá :)

Desde el ambiente, los platos exquisitos, el buen servicio al cliente, todo es perfecto en este restaurante. La ubicación de Caliope es lo mejor, full recomendado. El pulpo que sirven es delicioso "Carbón Ardiente" tienen que probarlo. Simplemente encantada 👏👌

Friday 08 December 2017 - 18h00 - 4 Adults + 1 Child - We were sitting in the front room where the 2 walls are covered with very esthetical paintings - d'art plastique / art déco -. All the presentations were inspired and very tastefull. A special note for the seabass -corvina?- for the freshness and the perfect cooking ! The appetizers between the dishes are spot on. The wine list is a bit short. The service was good. One thing which strikes me in a place which wants to sell you a gastronomical journey is that they charge you for bread, peculiar...Overall a very good culinary experience and a very enjoyable evening. so far in my top 3 in Panama.350 $
