I have been a fan of Chef Pedro Masoliver since I came to Panama six years ago. We tried his new restaurant in the lovely Grace Hotel twice since it opened. We thought the food was good but it was not what Chef Pedro normally cooked since the hotel restaurant was trying to develop its own style. We decided to ask Chef Pedro to prepare a tasting menu for us and four friends. We sat across from the kitchen and were able to see the activity as the staff prepared the food. The food did not disappoint. Each course was paired with wine and the portions were perfectly suited to a multi-course menu. We began with a pair of tartars, tuna and salmon. Next was octopus ceviche. A stunner was risotto of guandu and langoustine. A pair of croquettes, salt cod and jamon serrano, was next followed by thinly sliced veal wrapped around asparagus and grilled. Finally, a baby lamb chop in an indonesian style sauce. Desert was a strawberry cheesecake. Everyone loved the food and felt that we had a true 5 star experience. The service was flawless and the restaurant has a cool and modern feel that is very comfortable. As the dinner ended we were already talking about repeating the experience with absent friends.

Excelente comida y atención. La última vez que fui ordene pulled por sandwich fue muy picante para mi gusto, sin embargo, la entrada estaba divina.

Restaurante con muy buena calidad y atención. Menú renovado con alternativas deliciosas. Pedimos una sopa de lenteja con chorizo la cual estivo perfecta y una hamburguesa Bochinchosa la cual es definitivamente una de las mejores es de la ciudad, jugosa, gigante y muy buen precio. Vendré nuevamente.

Servicio muy atento. El ambiente es super elegante con vista a la cocina. La creatividad de los platos solo es igualada por su delicioso sabor. Recomendado al 100%

Ambiente un poco frio, muy mal servicio, se le acabaron los tipos de acompañamento, la verdad no regreseria. Existe miles de mejores opciones
