(English Version) - stopped here on a Friday afternoon on my way to a weekend in Chitré. The place was quite and very cozy. I was a little surprised by the prices on the menu, but once you realize that Panama is no longer a "cheap" country, you deal with it. I had the "Entraña" (skirt) since the reviews before mine bragged about it. The meat was soft and tasty. I ordered it "medium" but it was a bit above medium. That's actually a typical thing in most restaurants. The papas salteadas were good, but a bit cold once they got to the table. My lady had the corvina a la plancha with patacones (so so but safe), and my 2 year toddler ate the chicken fingers with fries (no complaints from him). Overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff was humble and attentive. The food took a little long considering there was little to no traffic there. But you kind of expect things to be a little slower in the interior. It was a good stop and I recommend it. Nothing to call home to your mama about, but a good place to enjoy a meal.

Si no es el mejor restaurante de Penonome esta entre los 3 primeros. La entraña y el filete a la pimienta son muy buenos. La salsa al ajillo de ellos es muy buena y va muy bien con los camarones.. El servicio es muy bueno, algo raro en Panamà pero el ambiente no me convence, falta musica para opacar el ruido.

La mejor entraña que he probado en el interior. El picante de ellos es único. Al igual que la ensalada del chef, excepcional el aderezo de esa ensalada. El menú muy selecto, pero todo lo que he probado hasta ahora me ha encantado!! Super recomendado!!

Deliciosa la entraña...servida con tomate y cebolla salteados con especias. Igualmebte deliciosa la salsa roja de los espaguetis del menú niños. Excelente cocina...Buen servicio...buen ambiente.
