Visité este restaurante hace poco cuando estaba paseando por Chitre. Tengo una simple regla para comer carne: Solo comer carne de un "Steakhouse" o de un restaurante el cual su fuerte es "carne". Ese noche en I-95 decidí romper mi regla, y me fue fatal. Básicamente fue el peor "New York Steak" que he probado. Recalentado (lo mas probable en microonda), y condimentado (sal y pimienta) después de ser recalentado. Tenia un fuerte sabor a sal y pimienta, y literalmente se podía ver la sal y pimienta sobre la carne. Cero, repito cero, "jugos de la carne" en el plato al cortar el steak (termino medio). El NY steak vino acompaño con un puré de papas tipo casero. Como siempre en el interior del país, el servicio es bueno y la gente humilde; igual el ambiente. Lastimosamente se me hace difícil recomendar este lugar. Sorry.

(English Version) - stopped here on a Friday afternoon on my way to a weekend in Chitré. The place was quite and very cozy. I was a little surprised by the prices on the menu, but once you realize that Panama is no longer a "cheap" country, you deal with it. I had the "Entraña" (skirt) since the reviews before mine bragged about it. The meat was soft and tasty. I ordered it "medium" but it was a bit above medium. That's actually a typical thing in most restaurants. The papas salteadas were good, but a bit cold once they got to the table. My lady had the corvina a la plancha with patacones (so so but safe), and my 2 year toddler ate the chicken fingers with fries (no complaints from him). Overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff was humble and attentive. The food took a little long considering there was little to no traffic there. But you kind of expect things to be a little slower in the interior. It was a good stop and I recommend it. Nothing to call home to your mama about, but a good place to enjoy a meal.
