Maito, es uno de los mejores restaurantes que tiene panamá, la comida es excelente, la atención fantástica y el habiente es acogedor. Fuimos un grupo de amigos el sábado en la noche éramos 12 personas y los meseros y hosted se portaron a la altura de un restaurante 5 estrellas. desde las entradas, platos fuertes y postre fue excelente. se los recomiendo!!!!!

I am totally surprised of the work of this young Panamanian chef, Mario Castrellón. All the gastronomic influences that I tasted in his house looked to me like the real avant-garde of the gastronomic movement in Panamá. Far beyond many of the restaurants here, service is more than correct and decoration of the place embraces and invites you to stay and to come back. Nice to find was the aromatic herbs garden that shows, from the entrance, the real commitment of the chef with his cuisine. As a high end restaurant, we were awarded that prices could be a bit up. If they were it is okey due to the quality of the food, imagination and creativity showed. All of the dishes were at the level point that we expected. Memorable was the black rice stuffed squid and an octopuss that was tender and juicy as we didn´t had yet in the city. My congratulations to the chef. I will recommend the place, no doubt.
