Los Años Locos (San Francisco)

Tienen un muy buen ambiente que va acorde a su buen servicio. Es muy rica la comida y perfecta para ocasiones especiales. Los postres son una delicia, recomiendo el pie de limon.

We arrived earlier than the reservation, but was attended to very nicely. Started off with the salad bar and some chorizos. Then the main course of the Filete Mark for my wife and I and the Filete a la pimienta for my friend. The steak was tender and tasty. The roasted veggies on top were also very good. There is no way you can have a bad meal at Los Años Locos.

Los Años Locos is an Icon in Panama and a gem of a restaurant. The service was excellent. The ½ charcoal grilled chicken was exactly what was needed to enjoy our friends while not over indulging.

Never fails. The skirt steak iwas very good. The potatoes Provencal is not worth ordering again. Basically very greasy potato chips. The apple tart a la mode was excellent.

On a Saturday night after 10;00pm Los Años Locos is the place to go for a relaxed no rush meal. They are welcoming at all hours and the food is consistently good. The salad bar is a welcomed appetizer for a big eater like me. They have a wide selection of imported steaks, but my go to steak in Panama will always be the Filete Nacional, that comes from local grass fed beef. The taste is great and the preparation is superb. The yuca fries were crunchy and a good replacement for the french fries. The wine list is large and the prices are very reasonable. I have been there many times and have never been disappointed.
