La Rana Dorada (San Francisco)

After a good experience in their Casco Viejo restaurant I decided Thursday to try the San Francisco location with friends and what a horrible experience of poor service and even worse food...first we were seated outside underneath a spotlight ( extra improvised table? ) and after some complaining were able to move to another table and placed our order of two pizzas and nachos plus drinks so after 40 minutes the first pizza came and the nachos so somewhat normal time for pizza but the second followed 15 minutes later = not normal... the nachos were the worse I’ve ever experienced with one scoop of mixta goop on top of nachos which tasted mostly of tuna and was ice cold so unless you like dry chips for 15 bucks I’d suggest take a pass..pizzas were small and overpriced but that’s just the food grrrr the service was even worse grrr not once did the waiter come by to see how we were enjoying the food or if we’d like more drinks...when it came time to pay he was nowhere to be found so I got up to go inside and search for a manger who came outside to our table so my Spanish speaking friend could translate our displeasure with the evening....i paid the bill with no tip as not even a sorry was offered for lack of service and extremely overpriced poor food...I won’t go back to any their location again...

Esta instalación está buena, le falta más variedad al menú que la principal, sin embargo excelente atención y experiencia; buenas cervezas y comida.

Al igual que en todas las ranas doradas el servicio es excelente! Definitivamanente de las mejores cervezas artesanales de Panama, y podemos decir que tienen de las mejores pizzas de Panama
