It was a little hard to find, it was in a little alley off of the road behind a small bar and restaurant. Our search was well rewarded. We started with a sashimi sampler to get a feel for the quality of their fish, and it was amazing. Especially the Hamachi. We had the shimesaba aburi, a traditional marinated and seared mackerel dish. Again outstanding. We hope to return and explore their entrees. It was an amazing taste of Japan in Panama City. You should try them.
