The restaurant was decorated really nice, luxurious and relaxed setting. The food was just "okay", good but not great, overpriced for the quality offered. The service was very friendly, the manager however, came three times to our table because we had a coupon from degustapanama, he couldn't find the coupon code and was honestly just pretty rude, sort of doubting if we really had the discount-coupon?! Did not make us feel welcome at all. Lady from the service was very correct and friendly, fresh bread was fantastic. It was not nice that we needed to pay for every side dish, expert chefs pick what goes well with your food, but this menu was just the main dish, excluding side dish...

Great place, the only remark i have is: it's too expensive. I mean: way too expensive. I'm ranking comida just 4 stars, because some dishes are REALLY overpriced, this is the reason i didn't come back. We all know how low staff cost is in Panama and for what i paid here i can fly to Paris, have a french croissant and fly back. Okay, i'm exaggerating. Apart from the exorbitant prices, cakes, coffee, service were really really good.

The place is okay, nice atmosphere, nothing special. The menu is okay, but they have some items that are very sober. It depends on the person working at that moment i think. Good WiFi, excellent place for meetings and working

They really made the price higher since the start. The first month the place was affordable, but prices went through the roof now. A beer now is $4 and basic food is $12+. All prices exclude OBLIGATORY service fee and taxes. The service is bad, staff basically forgets about you. Cocktails are good, they are not huge, but big enough. They use a good amount of alcohol, which i like.

The place was nice and some people of the service were good. What happened to us was this: we tried to order a $13 bottle of white wine. The waiter said the price of the wine was not correct. When we asked what the price was he said "it depends". He then just made up a price and said "$25". This is exactly the stuff i hate in Panamanian restaurants, they just play with the price. Juega vivo to the maximum!! I was planning to call ACODECO. Funny detail: other people indeed paid $13 for the wine (it was a cheap $4.20 supermarket wine). The staff never really attended to us even though they had about 6 people walking around, chatting with each other. One hostess was great, but only when we left to tell us about promotions (which is a bit late, isn't it?). Great singer and entertainment. Good food. Too bad about our experience. They also neglected to inform us that cocktails were 2x1, so we felt pretty much screwed. (They told us when we left). Would go back if service improved.

Wonderful experience. Even though it was kind of busy, they attended us in a timely manner. The food was very taste: real Italian style. Would go back again if San Fransisco wouldn't be so far for us. Price is reasonable, but a bit on the high end for what you get.

We had a cocktail and a pizza. Do NOT take the cocktails they are really bad, small and premixed. Service was "okay", better than most places in Panama but not on par with other countries.

The Blue Bar is super nice. The selection of food is excellent. Portions are (very) small and the price is high for what you get. The staff often just forgets about you and you have to really make sure to get their attention. I was here about 6-7 times and they often work towards satisfying older people (45+) and neglected us. I'm guessing that this was our age, because the staff really ignored us every time. We were dressed sportive (i don't really dress up for restaurants), so this probably played a role too. The cocktails are nice. I recommend the hummus plate.

I was just here to drink gin-tonics and took a sneak peak on the menu and inside the restaurant, so i cannot really judge the food. The valet parking guy is a shame for the restaurant. He's just leaning against cars and windows all night long and is an all-around a lazy and rude guy, not representative for the restaurant at all and not welcoming. Makes you feel very unwelcome (especially towards residents of PH Denovo, from which i am one). The service in the bar however was excellent and i honestly did have the best Gin & Tonics i ever had (and i had quite a few in my life; i went to gin & tonic bars Paris, Amsterdam, London and India). I will certainly try Tierra's food soon and report about it on degustapanama.com. Great atmosphere and very knowledgeable bartender!

Es parte de Rooftop 1400, muy mala la calidad y el servicio. Fuimos un sábado y la ubicación es muy obscuro. No recomiendo esta lugar.
