Le Bistrot
A hidden gem among myriads of restaurants in Panama. This place is a true local favorite that has a variety of exquisite dishes ranging from Panamanian traditional to Italian and fusion. Definitely worth recommending.
Jumbo
One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Panama. Their special pork with honey is a must try, as well as fried jumbo shrimps.
Roadster`s Diner (San Francisco)
A true American diner with an 80s theme to it. They have a great variety of menus ranging from pancakes, waffles, burgers, fried chicken to milkshakes, all of which all meet the expectations. The staff are really friendly and welcoming.
Viarepa
A nice Venezuelan arepa place in the heart of the city. Their arepas are quite big and really stuffed with ingredients. The cachapas also come in large portions and surpass the expectations.
Ajisen Ramen (Via Brasil)
Possibly the best Japanese ramen place in Panama. They have several choices of entrees as well as ramen. What I like most about this place is that they offer combos that come with a choice of entree, ramen, rice and drink at an affordable price.
Banh Mi
A long waited Vietnamese eatery in Panama. A little expensive compared to ordinary sandwiches but these Vietnamese sandwiches have their own exquisite flavor that can't be found elsewhere. Other dishes such as noodles are recommendable too.
Perú Chicken (Obarrio)
Yet another peruvian restaurant, but keeps its focus on grilled chickens. The chicken is quite delicious, juicy, and goes well with the sauces that come with it. Definitely recommendable.
Taglios Gastrobar
A humble, inexpensive restaurant that is not designed for fine dining but serves well its purpose for a quick lunch.
