The Wallace is great. Great service, great food, great sangria, great music. I just can't say enough good things. This most recent visit was our second stop for dinner after the first place we went was a big disappointment. The Wallace never lets us down.

Beautiful restaurant and very nice service. They did not have either of the wines I wanted, but the wine we ended up trying (the chianti by the glass) was very nice. Bruschetta was good, but over-priced in my opinion ($9.50 for three pieces - I would expect at least four). I had the ravioli de carne and my husband had the fettucini Strega. The ravioli was extremely disappointing - there is almost no meat (there is more meat in Chef Boyardee ravioli), can't taste the meat at all, pasta is too thick. The sauce and tomatoes are clearly from a can (besides the taste, I found a metal shaving in the sauce), which I don't have a problem with but you have to know how to season the sauce so it doesn't taste like aluminum. In this case it needed a good bit of salt and a little sugar. The fettucini Strega was ok, but not as great as one would expect from the price and the preparation/presentation.

Ordered from Viarepa through UberEATS and extremely disappointed. Original order had five items, but only two of these items were delivered. It looks like items were placed in 2-3 bags and only one bag was given to the driver. I went on UberEATS and requested the missing items be replaced. Replacement order arrives and one of the items is still missing. Additionally, all of the meats are over salted, the beans are over cooked and over salted, the empanada is not an empanada (it was more like a fried dough taco and the shell was too sweet), the bolitas de chicharrón are mostly breading and barely taste of pork. All of this and everything was more expensive than we've ever paid at any other Venezualan restaurant.

I've been meaning to visit La Posta for years. Finally got around to it on this visit and I can't believe it took me so long. The food, service, and ambiance were all excellent. Highly recommend
