First Starbucks in Panama and May be the better one in costumer service This is the 3rd Starbucks in less than a month honestly that has the house coffee machine (or cafe del día) broken. Multiplaza and penta plaza (near Marriott) also had the issue. First 2 locations immediately offered the americano as an option (shot of expresso + hot water ) both wanting to charge regular pricing for the americano and arguing they couldn’t charge the regular price of a regular brewed coffee. After some light questioning both places agreed in the end. The Starbucks today in street mall immediately offered the option at regular house coffee price. I asked the barista to talk to the manager and see why these machines were breaking so often.. or are they getting defective machines from their vendors ? This is something rarely if ever happened abroad

The Good- Nice location and building Clean Nice little areas to hangout outside and well inside Nice beers Chill relaxed vibe The bad - Menu - which I think they're changing anyway. Burger is worse than regular fast food places. Fried chicken is oily Some of the appetizers are sometimes burnt - service - can be very slow if busy. Also waiters can sometimes be a little 'know-it-alls' and rude (i.e. Was given the wrong beer. Instead of checking he said we were wrong and did not change it .) - bar atmosphere - missing completely. Bartenders are not what you would expect from a bartender at a pub or bar (conversational, attentive, always asking to refill your drink.. etc etc) Overall is a good looking place with nice beers and blah food for now.

Hands down the best wings I've had in town - definitely better than restaurants in the area claiming to be experts in wings. These are 'real' wings and not the tiny things you get at regular wing joints. the good - - food! - nothing fancy but tasty and well done for sure... food is tasty, clean and for most dishes in big portions - i.e.. burgers come with 1 side which can easily be split for lunch (sides like mac and cheese made from scratch and sweet potato fries are great) All their fried stuff is great too (wings, fries, etc) - I have a bit of a delicate stomach when it comes to that, but never had an issue there Space - cool little floor layout, with the upstairs and downstairs and if you're lucky, you get to watch people practice their golf skills while you eat! Price - decent pricing for everything - not cheap like a 'fonda' and not overly priced like some restaurants in the marbella/obarrio area delivery! the bad parking can be tricky, but they have valet sometimes atmosphere - depending on the day / time it could be kinda dead coffee - Overall it's a great place to get some 'comfort' food and have a few beers

Was in for the burger deal (burger week - or 3 i guess). The good - Valet parking - free Quick sitting and nice service Awesome burger! very well balanced and cooked to perfection as requested (medium) - If you've requested your meat cooked a certain way at restaurants you know how hard it is for chefs to get it right - well they did. the bad - well non really. I went there to get a nice burger and i did. Service, food, nor price got in the way of that.

Went for lunch to try the Burger Week Burger on a week day. I'd never been to this place nor knew where it was. The good - nice location - quick service - clean (didnt see bathrooms) the bad - Burger was average - nice idea but lacked flavour ; The best part was the spice. The hampao buns look and sound interesting but in the end it's too much wet dough taste. The meat - not sure if keeping the sticks in the burger makes it more tasty but definitely odd to leave the in and serve them like that - place was empty. Completely.

Went there to celebrate a buddy's birthday. Id never heard of the place and was surprised that it was a little past the main Casco Area. The good - seems sorta trendy - after midnight more than anything - pretty dead before then - location: Casco - let's face it, people go there bc there are a lot of cool places to go out the bad - food is basic - tried the burger deal they had for burger week and it was truly just a regular burger (not a contest kind of burger) - after 11... 12 they get so much security you cant even approach the bar because they have bouncers .. weird.... - the tables have a minimum consumption ?? weird... - being in the upstairs of some old building with a bouncer outside go rather than greet you looks at you weird... i honestly thought he was gonna ask for a cover but i guess he's trained to watch the door closely because the place is in a dogy area - well, a shaky area of Casco.

The good.... - good quality coffee - location - lots of people watching old hotel with original accents from bk in the day - staff is very friendly (service staff). Older guy sitting on the side could smile once in a while. The bad... - food - havent tried everything but their empanadas are chewy and and a little dry tamales are wayyyy too expensive... $4 when anywhere else it's $2.50 and below... ( i guess the old lady who makes them in chorrera must be charging them $2 each... ) - internet - only for 1.5 hours... then you have to buy something else to get a new code. im guessing it's costing them a lot to have internet because it used to be unlimited before. - Chairs - need to be serviced. Theyre old and some of them have been sat on too long

Hello, I recently visited your Albrook location. It was not the first time I had visited there, though i hoped things had changed for the better. The good - atmosphere - good variety The bad (pertaining my purchase) - 1 line to order - 1 line 2 pay - 1 line to wait for the order = total 3 lines. Im guessing the ladies dispensing the food and the coffee can not be trained to charge costumers (or you don't want to pay them extra to perform this duty - or you don't trust them). - 2 lines at the register without signage: one for cash only and one for credit cards only. Is this a Mega super store/price mart or a store of the like? There’s barely any people. All registers should using all paying methods. - Food: I ordered a beef empanada. This is probably the most unacceptable part. THE WORSE empanada I’ve head in the city. Cold - dry - oily. The filling had some interesting spices though dog meat comes close to the look of it. And worse of all - i waited 10-15 min for it! (oh i saw the girl reheating it - she made me wait) - unreal. My question is, do you know what gourmet is??

I'd like know, since when do business tell customers they'll owe them their change? Why operate a business and not have enough change to give to customers when they pay cash? Why have everything priced at xx.99 (ending in 99 cents) when you havent (and probably wont have in the future) enough pennies (1-cent coins) to give out change?

No place where the managers are constantly hovering over their employees and always carry a 'pissed off' look on their face can be recommended. good: -The place itself is nice - great veiw of the coast and plenty of space to sit. -plenty of security outside if you park your car -clean! way way cleaner than the other big chain in town -drip coffee is way better than most places (im guessing they use a fresher and higher quality coffee -sugar and milk available for your drip coffee along with cups for water Bad: - loud at times when local kids come with parents who forget they're not at home and proceed to leave the place like a fast food place after a 3 year old birthday party - service can be slow nowadays - the old staff is rotated throughout their new locations and the new staff is understandably slow and still learning - Food is not good at all.... if you like kosher - then eat here (very few places serve kosher). But even the simple stuff like sandwiches and empanadas can be bland and leave weird tastes in your mouth. - Managers are the least service and costumer oriented (2 ladies always have a pissed off look on their face - no idea why. They may try smiling to anyone visiting the store. - Mornings and afternoons certain areas get direct sun and makes it uncomfortable to sit there, specially if you're using a computer and you need to see your screen - Music - they originally had decent mixes and they now repeat the same instrumental music all day or they dont play any at all. I think not playing any is sometimes better
